It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order, and the shipping time usually takes between 6-12 business days for the US, 3-8 business days for the UK, and 8-17 business days for other countries. please note that some international orders my take 20-25 business days to arrive due to customs/local post office delays.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to proceed with the return, and we will send you return instructions. Ensure items are sent back to our Distribution Centre within 10 days in their original condition and packaging.
